Sean Fritts is a Senior Loan Officer who has lived and grown up in the Washington DC metropolitan area for over 30 years and has been originating mortgages for almost 10 years.
He started out in the mortgage industry right after graduating college with a Bachelors of Finance at Longwood University. His first job was with American General Finance where he learned lending from all aspects, which helped him understand mortgages from the beginning application to servicing the loan. He is fully licensed and compliant with all new government regulations.
Sean's clients come from repeat and referral business from past clients. Helping his clients in making one of the most important financial decisions of their life is Sean’s strongest attribute. By placing himself in the client's shoes, he works the loan to make sure the client achieves exactly what they are looking for by fitting the right product with the right client.
